Seraph has been successful
in the past due primarily to the
people that we work with. Of
course the
people are really a delivery vehicle for years of effective experience.
With
our business model, we attract the cream of the crop
- the crème de la crème. All or our consultants have
a minimum of ten years of experience. Because of our model we
draw only those people that have a confidence that has developed
in the real world of experience.
Any socially aware person can
put on a good show for a time.
But after at least ten years, true confidence
will be borne out through real
experience.
We
work with people that have real experience in increasingly demanding
circumstances. The
natural confidence
that follows the success and setbacks of real circumstances leads only
a few to
the consulting world. Even
fewer meet the standard imposed by Seraph's business model. Seraph's consultants provide
demonstrable success beyond rhetoric.
The
teams that we assemble for a given engagement are dependent upon the
requirements of the particular engagement.
If we are going to develop
an ERP client server application for a
multi-site distribution facility based on a 3rd
normal form
relational database and delivered via a waterfall approach for a System
i, we
would select very different team members than to develop an
MRP
service oriented architecture application for a manufacturing company
using an
object oriented database and delivered within an agile project
management
environment using .NET technologies.
The initial make-up of the
team would be determined very early on as
pre-requisites, environments, and company cultures are considered. As the architecture and
design proceed,
further decisions will be made that determine the final make-up of the
team.
